    LCSED is dedicated and committed to helping, guiding and mentoring the Youth in our community. LCSED has direct input mentoring and imparting to teens who are graduating high school and excelling in universities becoming productive citizens in our community. LCSED has become a trusted resource of hope, support, and a voice of reason for our Youth. We strive to provide the information and tools they need to create greater opportunities and outcomes. Giving our youth volunteering opportunities has also given them a hunger to achieve more so that they will have an appetite to help those in need.
